The policy

Who runs this site
This site belongs to Pavlo Zhydkykh, a web developer working remotely from Eastern Europe. He decides what is collected here and answers every question about it.
02
What is collected
What you type in when you run the free AI visibility check or get in touch, used to prepare your report and reply to you, plus visit statistics that name no one. The cookie policy lists every cookie.
- Your website address
- To check how AI assistants see your site
- The business details you enter
- To choose the buyer questions for your report
- Your name and email
- To send the report and reply to you
- Your project brief
- To answer your request on the contact page
- Visits and clicks
- Measured by Google Analytics with cookies: pages read, how the visit started, country, device and forms sent. In Europe only after you accept
- Page views
- Counted by Cloudflare Web Analytics without cookies, so the totals include visitors who decline
03
What is not
No advertising cookies or ad pixels, and nothing you share is sold.

- Selling or sharing your data
- Never

Services that see some data
- Cloudflare
- Hosts the site and, like every host, processes request logs (such as IP addresses) to deliver pages and block attacks. Its Web Analytics counts page views and load times without cookies.
- Resend
- Delivers what you send through the contact brief or the AI check to Pavlo's inbox as an email.
- Google Analytics measures visits and clicks with cookies, as the cookie policy describes. Google Signals and ad features are off, and Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. When you type a website address in the AI check, its icon loads from Google's favicon service, so that address reaches Google.
- Calendly
- The Book a call links open calendly.com, where you pick a time. Calendly then handles your name, email and the booking under its own privacy policy.
- YouTube
- Some blog articles include a video. Nothing loads from YouTube until you press play; the player then loads from youtube-nocookie.com under Google's privacy policy.
- LinkedIn, Upwork, Contra and AI assistants
- Links open their sites, which follow their own privacy policies.
05
How long and your rights
Your details are kept only as long as the conversation about your project needs them. Google Analytics keeps visit statistics for 14 months at most. At any time you can ask for:
- Your analytics choice
- Accept or decline Google Analytics at any time with Cookie settings in the footer
- A copy
- Everything stored about you, sent by email
- A correction
- Fix anything that is wrong or out of date
- Deletion
- Everything stored about you, removed
